Edelman seeks a trendsavvy ACDcopy (bring an AD partner if you have one! for a top retail client. This role is perfect for a creative with a passion for trends in social fashion beauty and home decorthink Vanity Fair meets dynamic brand storytelling. Youll leverage cultural insights IRL experiences and sharp writing to craft campaigns that supercharge brands and captivate audiences.
Our team drives some of the worlds most buzzworthy work like eBays preloved runway shows at NY and London Fashion Week or Doves guide for coding Black hairstyles in gaming. Here we dont just follow culture; we aim to change it.
Expect a range of creative work that defies traditional PR or advertising norms. One day youre ideating a content series the next youre brainstorming with our AI team or crafting cultureshifting activation ideas. Responsibilities

    • Work in partnership with an Associate Creative Director Art Director and with the direction of creative leadership to concept and plan of integrated campaigns and programs across a wide range of media and platforms especially social digital video experiences and content.
    • Concept and write campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches that are earnedfirst and social by design.
    • Work in concert with a wide range of specialties including account strategy project management and influencers.
    • Develop tactics that bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives.
    • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously managing and providing direction to other team members as needed.
    • Work closely with a project manager and production partners to schedule projects and coordinate production.
    • Prepare and present client creative presentations and drive client approval process.
    • Work effectively with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budget

Basic Qualifications

    • At least 6 years of experience in marketing advertising or social media
    • A bachelors degree preferably in English Advertising Communications or related major

Preferred Qualifications

    • A killer online portfolio with proven recent examples of social traditional earned digital and experiential campaigns
    • Previous roles in advertising copywriting and a portfolio of ideas and executions demonstrating strong use of copy tone and voice across multiple channels and platforms as well as long and short copy formats
    • Strong persuasive presentation skills to sell in creative work to internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience maintaining client contact as needed building camaraderie to develop trusting relationships
    • The ability to collaborate with PMs and other departments to lead and move projects forward assisting with budget and schedule development and potentially managing junior creatives work
    • Ability to prioritize and manage work adhering to critical project timelines while maintaining a highlevel of craft and detail in a fastpaced environment
    • A professionallevel mastery of industrystandard software and writing tools including MS Word PowerPoint as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Could and Figma
    • Onsite production/writing experience for events activations as well as video digital and social platforms
    • Pride in your previous work and the ability to speak to it clearly and concisely during the interview process
$86000 $133000 a year
An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
