Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Trusts and Estates planning and administration paralegal with at least five years of experience for its Uniondale office.
The candidate will work closely with clients attorneys paralegals and accountants.
The candidate should have excellent communication organizational and computer skills including Excel. Paralegal Certification from an ABAapproved program is a plus.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- All phases of trusts and estates administration.
- Strong knowledge of Surrogates Court rules and procedures (e.g. probate administration accounting proceedings) is essential.
- Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable.
We are looking for a true team player who takes initiative and ownership of work product and pride in maintaining client relationships.
Hybrid Hours:
MondayFriday 9am 5pm with the flexibility to work
overtime when needed
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $65000 to $100000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
