Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Student Service Advisor passionate about fostering student success through education. Working under the Director of Student Services you will plan and execute strategies for student onboarding orientation retention and tuition advising for a cohort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and coordinate student success and retention strategies.
- Facilitate reentry campaigns for students who have paused their studies.
- Conduct advising sessions to encourage student success.
- Organize student engagement events such as orientations and graduations.
- Maintain regular communication with students to ensure engagement.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- Strong communication and social interaction skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with Campus Nexxus is a plus
- This is an inperson role located in Maumee OH. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.
