Job Description
PL/2406/SBDE
Responsibilities:
Leasing of commercial space & properties in the Polish portfolio
Taking an active role in negotiation with tenants as well as ongoing relations
Ensuring completeness of all required documentation
Preparation of leasing offers viewings with clients
Optimizing income for leased spaces
Regular reporting and updates of the leasing activities progress to relevant stakeholders within the company.
Requirements:
University degree businessrelated preferred ideally in real estate
At least 5 years of experience in leasing buildings in a similar position as leasing manager (ownerside ideally)
Proven successful track record in leasing understanding of all complexities of the leasing process and ability to maintain longterm relationships with tenants
Analytical skills
Knowledge of CRE market
Fluent English is a must.
