With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp nextgeneration devices to volume production quickly and costeffectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design KLAs Global Products Group (GPG) which is responsible for creating all of KLAs metrology and inspection products is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist software engineers application development engineers and senior product technology process engineers. First to deliver the best imaging and classification data for every defect or point on any layer at any time. EBeams mission encapsulates its role as the eyes of KLAs product line providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on product wafers and take action to correct the manufacturing process.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Job Description
Support development of new gen ebeam tools
Perform system characterization of image quality and metrics. This will require learning how to operate eBeam tool and subsequently data collection processing simulation and/or modeling.
Contribute ideas and insights to testing techniques methodologies and procedures.
Document test plans process integration potential issues and present test reports and summaries to team members.
Qualifications
Experience in some of these areas: Image processing image analysis electron microscopes digital signal processing control systems software systems and their interactions in lab or industrial equipment.
Proficiency in image data analysis with MATLAB or Python.
Good understanding of statistical methods in data analysis.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to perform system characterizations.
Handson experience in system development and test automation in a laboratory or product development setting.
