Position Overview: We are seeking a Lube Technician to join our team. In this role you will provide essential maintenance services to help keep our customers vehicles running smoothly. If youre passionate about cars enjoy working with your hands and want to grow your skills in the automotive industry this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes filter replacements and fluid checks for a wide variety of vehicles.
  • Inspect and rotate tires check tire pressure and recommend replacements or repairs as necessary.
  • Replace air filters cabin filters and other routine maintenance components.
  • Clean and lubricate vehicle parts as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records for all completed work.
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle needs and any additional maintenance or repairs.
  • Keep work area clean organized and safe at all times.
  • Adhere to all dealership policies procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance or as a Lube Technician is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform essential services such as oil changes and fluid replacements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customerfocused mindset.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
