San Diego Damage Restoration Pros a rapid growing local company is seeking a skilled Water Damage Lead Technician to join our team in central San Diego CA. If you re passionate about restoring properties and thriving in a supportive dynamic environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead water damage restoration projects including extraction drying and mitigation.
- Assess damage document findings and communicate with clients and team.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g. dehumidifiers air movers).
- Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards.
Location: Work in the heart of San Diego serving residential and commercial clients.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration.
- IICRC certification preferred but not required.
- Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
