INTERNAL / EXTERNAL POSTING
FullTime Certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE)
Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) School is located in Kamloops BC. The school enrolls approximately 140 students from Kindergarten to Grade Seven. OLPH is seeking is seeking certified Early Childhood Educators for a fulltime position 40 hours/week) in their Daycare/Preschool Program commencing immediately. The ideal applicant will be responsible for supporting this programming possess a valid Early Childhood Educator license a valid First Aid certificate and be subject to a valid Criminal Record Check using the link and code provided by the school.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Share in the Catholic faith and actively participate in the life of their parish
- Work collaboratively to plan implement and assess developmentally appropriate activities and experiences
- Are energetic and enthusiastic about working with children
- Build trust and positive relationships with students families coworkers and supervisors through effective communication and collaborative efforts
- Foster a welcoming safe environment
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative planning and organizational skills
- Provide responsible and effective supervision of children of varying ages
