Job Description
- Competitive salary
Location: Kerrville TX
Pay Rate: $55 per hour
Duration: 13week contract
Schedule: 36 hours per week night shifts
- Provide highquality care to medicalsurgical patients
- Assess plan and implement nursing care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
- Active TX or Compact Registered Nursing License
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Comfortable using Meditech 2.2
- Must be adaptable to a nursetopatient ratio of 1:6
- 12 hours of orientation on the first day
- Client may cancel up to 3 times without penalty
- Competitive pay rate of $55 per hour
