Job Description
Our Client: Tablet Hotel curated by the MICHELIN Guide is your gateway to the worlds most exciting hotels. As a Travel Specialist youll be the face of Tablet delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring unforgettable experiences.
Tasks
Whats your Mission
- Customer Delight: Convert new users into loyal customers resolve issues swiftly and anticipate customer needs.
- Expert Support: Handle inquiries via phone email chat and other channels providing hotel recommendations booking assistance and technical support.
- Efficient Operations: Maintain timely communication accurately input data and adhere to processes.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent CPM and Tablet with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements
What we look for:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and excellent English (written and spoken).
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and chat platforms.
- Problem-Solver: Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work with different systems processes and clients.
- Travel Industry Experience: Preferred but not essential.
Benefits
What we offer:
- Start Date: July 2025
- Hours: 39h/week
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Salary: 19000 gross per year
- Monthly Incentives: Up to 100 EUR gross per month based on performance
- Holidays: 24 calendar days / 2 accrued days per month
- Work Model: Hybrid (6 days per month at the office) or WFH (if you already have this agreement)
- Training: 2 week of training Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
