You are in the middle of your studies and would like to strengthen our team in Customer Support (m/f/d) as a student trainee
Weekly working hours approx. 20 hours.
- Processing support requests from end customers 1st level support)
- Documentation of support requests
- Logging of communication processes
- Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution
- High level of serviceoriented communication skills
- Affinity with the product bicycle
- Independent structured and goaloriented way of working
- Technical expertise is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- A good command of English and German
