Job Description Summary

The service sales specialist is a key member of the service sales business of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) within GE HealthCare Romania. The specialist performs wide range of commercial activities remotely covering the full geographical area of Romania and targeting the complete PCS installed base.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As integrated member of the Romanian service sales team drives business remotely working with existing and potential customers in the whole geographical territory of Romania.
  • Initiate build and maintain relationships with current and future customers and work to provide them a great sales experience through the right channel (via phone email and others) for best customer experience
  • Handle customers incoming requests provide necessary support and provide proposals based on customerspecified information (owning the full salescycle) OR route the request to Field sales (depending on campaign and/or business rules qualifying the request and providing well defined interests)
  • Provides remote support to the service parts sales process through ownership of quotation pricing and contributing to closure of deals. Supports Service Account Leader on all related areas (i.e. regular checks on warranty and contract end dates contribution to preparation of tender documentations follow up or orders maintenance of customer databases)
  • Suggests process improvements and provides coordination within connecting areas (Field Service Engineers Business Operations) to improve business results.
  • Broadening knowledge of PCS product lines markets sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • A job at this level requires great interpersonal skills and ability for impactful remote communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or previous inside sales/commercial experience.
  • Previous customer relationship management and outbound call experience.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages
