Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate to join our Debt and Capital Advisory Team.

As an Associate within the D&CA team you will be fully involved in the and origination of both advisory and financing transactions in the context of a relevant corporate events such as an acquisition a merger a full refinancing restructuring or IPO of a company.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Associate you will be involved in the following tasks:

: support the team on live transactions both in M&A/debt advisory and/or financing and the coordination amongst different teams and products when required including:

• Coordinate the input received from different teams and products (M&A DCM ECM Financial Markets Sustainable Finance Syndications etc. when several teams are involved in the transaction responsible for the preparation of presentations financial models structuring of transactions and other analysis (rating analysis a.o. on a daytoday basis
• Support the preparation of marketing materials (teasers IMs Management presentation) financial models and credit packs for risk approval in financing transactions
• Review of legal documentation (term sheet financial agreements engagement letters etc.

Origination key activities will include

• Strengthen own client relationship skills and contribute to the business development and marketing responsibilities pursuing ideas that lead to several pitches delivered to clients with the support of VP(s) D(s) and MD(s)

Other:

• Provide support for the activities of senior executives of the Debt and Capital Advisory team (MD/D/VP) on a daytoday basis
• Coach junior team members throughout the course of an origination initiative and the of live deals

The ideal candidate would have 35 years of financial experience (strong preference for Corporate Finance M&A or Leverage Finance) working across sectors. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills a strong commercial drive and must be fluent in English. The candidate should show genuine interest in the Financial industry and have the ability to earn trust and respect of clients colleagues and senior management.

Su funcin y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando un Asociado talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro Equipo de Asesora de Deuda y Capital .

Como Asociado dentro del equipo de D&CA estar completamente involucrado en la ejecucin y originacin de transacciones de asesoramiento y financiamiento en el contexto de eventos corporativos relevantes como una adquisicin una fusin un refinanciamiento completo una reestructuracin o una oferta pblica inicial de una empresa.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Asociado estars involucrado en las siguientes tareas:

Ejecucin: apoyar al equipo de ejecucin en operaciones en vivo tanto en asesoramiento de fusiones y adquisiciones/deuda como en financiacin y la coordinacin entre diferentes equipos y productos cuando sea necesario incluyendo:

• Coordinar los aportes recibidos de los diferentes equipos y productos (M&A DCM ECM Mercados Financieros Finanzas Sostenibles Sindicaciones etc. cuando varios equipos estn involucrados en la transaccin responsables de la preparacin de presentaciones modelos financieros estructuracin de transacciones y otros anlisis (anlisis de calificacin etc. en el da a da
• Apoyar la preparacin de materiales de marketing (teasers IMs Presentacin de Gestin) modelos financieros y paquetes de crdito para la aprobacin de riesgos en transacciones de financiamiento
• Revisin de documentacin legal (hoja de trminos acuerdos financieros cartas de compromiso etc.

Las actividades clave de originacin incluirn

• Fortalecer las propias habilidades de relacin con el cliente y contribuir al desarrollo comercial y a las responsabilidades de marketing persiguiendo ideas que conduzcan a varios lanzamientos entregados a los clientes con el apoyo de VP(s) D(s) y MD(s)

Otro:

• Proporcionar apoyo a las actividades de los altos ejecutivos del equipo de Asesora de Deuda y Capital (MD/D/VP) en el da a da
• Entrenar a los miembros del equipo junior durante el transcurso de una iniciativa de originacin y la ejecucin de acuerdos en vivo
