You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailChristianaCares School Based Health Centers is looking to hire a Part Time Staff Assistant VIII to support the program at Avenue North.
The Staff Assistant VIII will be responsible to provide administrative support to multiple leaders within The Medical Groups School Based Program to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency.
The Staff Assistant VIII is required to cross cover at the School Based Sites per departmental needs. Payroll management or Kronos experience preferred
Work Schedule:
This is a Part Time position; 32 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
Monday Friday: Day Shift
No weekends or holidays.
Opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule available. This is subject to change and ad hoc per departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage calendars; coordinate conferences and meetings. Ensures that meeting rooms supplies and equipment are arranged for in advance. Orders catering as needed. Provides all pertinent information needed for scheduled appointments.
Provides administrative support including typing and drafting correspondence attends meetings composes agendas takes and types minutes maintains up to date filing systems composes presentations opening screening and delivery of mail assists with audiovisual setup accordingly etc.
Maintains clinician CMEs for leaders as needed
Invoice and reimbursement management
Completes payroll as necessary
Coordinate/assist with candidate itineraries and the onboarding process
Assists in coordination of facility requests (e.g. moving of IT equipment furniture moving painting carpeting electrical and HVAC problems)
Completes special projects as requested
Communicates between all levels within the Medical Group and other departments utilizing both written and verbal communication skills.
Provides coverage to other Assistants as necessary
Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a business college program in Secretarial Science or Office Administration or related field preferred.
Four years progressively responsible administrative support to an administrator or manager.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted but must include at least two years of appropriate experience.
