MORNING STAR SCHOOL Diocese of St. Augustine Position:Marketing Coordinator Focus Marketing/ Communications and Community FLSA: NonExempt Status: PartTime Reports: to Principal - Holds Marketing/Communications meetings with Administration as needed.
- Upholds the Mission of Morning Star School.
- Develops a coordinated Marketing and Status Project Timeline reports with the Development Director for all School events and activities.
- Develops and cultivates relationships with community/fundraising members offering solutions for Communication and Public Relations.
- Provides high level of professional communication skills across diverse spectrum of electronic and print outlets to include but not limited to direct mailings marketing publications as well as electronic communications including email campaigns website Fundraising platforms/databases School Newsletters and social media platforms.
- Reconciles incoming donor event planning fundraising and donor gifts.
- Assist with setup wrapup and managing fundraising and school event activities.
- Gets approval for appropriate policies and procedures for event correspondence brand usage and official school communications.
