Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all creative services collateral and work from internal clients flows efficiently to creative teams (graphics video photography communications). Manages project team members to ensure tasks and projects meet deadlines handles the logistics and keeps all parties updated on their progress. Main objective is to assure projects runs smoothly and both the client who requested the project and the professionals who did the work are satisfied with the end result. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple projects for multiple partner teams simultaneously facilitating clear communication between the creative team and partners; serves as a single source of truth around timelines at all points of a project.
- Creates detailed schedules and project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation; delivers every project on time within scope.
- Responsible for tracking and trafficking projects as they flow through the creative department and approval process.
- Distributes assignments to creative teams and other departments depending on their availability and priorities; sets deadlines for various stages of a project.
- Meets with internal stakeholders to learn more about new project details and provides progress updates and communicates any issues.
- Monitors projects and workloads adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly on a weekly basis; identifies and assigns/reassigns the right tasks to the right personnel.
- Keeps creative leadership and stake holders up to date on project flow and any obstacles or issues with projects or personnel.
- Efficiently and effectively manages daytoday problems and communicates effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations.
- Ensures job files are properly documented and complies to standards.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred and/or minimum of five 5 years experience working in a marketing capacity.
- Three 3 years as a project manager or traffic manager within a large corporation or advertising agency
- Experience using project management tools (i.e. Workfront Trello Asana or similar).
- Experience with excellent organizational planning project and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within established deadlines.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Onedrive)
- Experience in the Mortgage industry required.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $76000 and $114000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including your jobrelated knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market location.
