Position: Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing all qualityrelated activities within the manufacturing facility ensuring that both internal processes and customer expectations meet the highest standards. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with quality standards driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance product quality and reliability. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals to implement and maintain quality systems resolve customer concerns and uphold company objectives for quality safety performance and cost efficiency.

  • Manage and lead quality improvement initiatives across the facility including quality systems enhancement root cause analysis 5Y) project implementation training and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customer quality teams to resolve concerns initiate Root Cause Corrective Measures (RCCM) and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs).
  • Establish and maintain statistical process control (SPC) procedures analyzing trends or variances that require corrective action.
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigmabased Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and quality plans for inspection testing and material evaluation.
  • Conduct internal procedural audits and ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards
  • Devise and implement statistically sound sampling procedures recording evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams suppliers and customers to address quality issues related to materials processes or products.
  • Drive business performance improvement on key KPIs to achieve zero accidents defectfree products ontime delivery and cost
  • Mentor and develop quality staff through structured onthejob training (TWI) and ongoing coaching.
  • Travel periodically for customer visits and qualityrelated issue resolution.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
  • Three to five years of experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience in managing quality systems within hightolerance precision and aesthetically critical manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality tools such as DOE SPC FMEA 8D Cpk and Minitab.
  • Proven ability to lead & implement ISO/TS & Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and process focus
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a technical degree from an accredited university is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • preferably with a high tolerance precision and aesthetic product background.
  • CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or ASQ certification
  • Additional leadership experience in the areas of Operations Manufacturing Product Development or Quality
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to meet customer and business needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change communicate effectively and manage conflicts and deadlines
