CFA Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator Quality Review to join our Content Operations team. This is an ideal entry point into a globally respected organisation where precision consistency and continuous learning are valued every day.
Location: Fully remote eligible (US East Coast preferred)
What Youll Do
Perform meticulous reviews of educational contentincluding Canvas courses PDFs and eBooksto identify and correct errors
Compare content versions for accuracy and consistency ensuring alignment with institutional standards
Maintain and improve quality review workflows documentation and checklists
Track and report recurring content issues to support process improvements
Collaborate across teams to uphold accessibility standards and support inclusive design
What Were Looking For
A bachelors degree is preferred but not required if supported by relevant experience
Some experience in content operations editorial QA publishing or administrative review roles
Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic familiarity with HTML is desirable
Organised self-motivated and comfortable working with repetitive tasks
A fast learner with a proactive collaborative mindset

Expected salary: $57000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience education and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
