Job Description
Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club in Ocean View DE is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Assistant Golf Professional. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily golf shop operations including but not limited to:
- Opening and Closing of the Golf Shop
- Assist Head Professional with Merchandise Operation
- Assist with Monthly Inventory Counts.
- Tournament Operations Member & Public
- Assist in Teaching Operation Involvement will be Based on Past Experience and Performance.
- Daily Cash Handling and Reconciling of Daily Sales Reports.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service to our Members and Guests.
- Be a Team Player that Thrives in a Team Setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- PGA/PGA Apprentice (desired but not mandatory)
- One to Three Years in Golf Industry
- Proficient in Golf Genius Tournament Software
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
