Dent Wizard needs an independent and highly motivated individual with the ability to build strong relationships. This is a Remote position. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle and highvolume recruiting.
Responsibilities:
50 Full Life cycle Recruiting
Managing a full life cycle recruitment desk of approximately 1015 administrative management and technician positions throughout the company
Partnering with the hiring manager to develop and execute a targeted recruiting strategy and maintaining a continuous feedback loop to drive the process
Understanding the market and providing consultation to the hiring manager regarding the local talent pools
Conduct passive sourcing for open roles using various sourcing tools
Driving the process using the Workday & Paradox tools efficiently
Sourcing screening and delivering applicants with a focus on quality of hire and managing the candidate through the entire recruitment process
Making the verbal offer and closing the candidate maintaining contact through start date
50 Sourcing & Screening Support
Partnering with the team to prioritize roles that need passive sourcing
Conducting research and sourcing on various channels to uncover passive candidates
Conducting thorough screens in line with the job description and qualifications
Presenting candidates to the responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist in line with the job requirements
Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle and highvolume recruiting.
Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed LinkedIn HireEZ etc. required
Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) required
Demonstrated experience in customer service and process management required
Experience in automotive reconditioning or automotive hiring a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles and achieve a high level of activity.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$53000.00 $58000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match 50 on the dollar up to 7 of employee contribution).
