Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Description: We are hiring for our client a leading construction consultancy in Belfast seeking an Asbestos Surveyor. This role offers the opportunity to join a reputable firm known for its expertise in Cost Management Project Management Building Surveying and Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services.

The Role:
- Conduct asbestos management refurbishment and demolition surveys on various buildings.
- Perform asbestos reinspection surveys at a variety of sites and update client databases.
- Carry out asbestos air monitoring and 4stage clearance testing.
- Participate in internal QC and external PT Schemes for quality improvement.
- Produce comprehensive asbestos reports using dedicated software platforms.
The Person:
- Must have P402 and/or P403/P404 asbestos qualifications.
- Handson experience with asbestos surveying or analytical works.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS Software.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to build client rapport.

- Overtime: Rates including evenings weekends and travel time
