Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Parts Counter Sales representative at Starling Automotive Group you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. You will maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure that their needs are met by providing product knowledge and recommendations. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary in the auto industry located in St. Cloud Florida.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
Provide expert product knowledge and make recommendations based on customer needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from customers
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Manage inventory and place orders as needed
Document all sales and customer interactions in the companys database
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends
Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a positive and efficient workflow
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferably within the auto industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in computer skills and using a database
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
