Job Description
Senior Immigration Paralegal Position Fluent in Spanish
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal 3 years of experience) to join our legal team. The Immigration Paralegal will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigrationrelated documents and managing client cases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigrationrelated documents including petitions applications and supporting documentation
Manage client cases including preparing case files monitoring case status and updating clients on the progress of their case
Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigrationrelated issues
Assist with client communications and document requests including drafting correspondence responding to client inquiries and preparing legal forms and documents
Maintain accurate and complete case files including electronic and paper records and ensure that all deadlines are met
Coordinate with outside parties including government agencies clients and other law firms as needed
Assist with the management of the departments calendar including scheduling appointments and court appearances
Qualifications:
3 Years of Experience Working as a Legal Assistant in an Immigration Law Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Fluency in Spanish required
