$14.21/Hour

Duties:
- Provide security of the campus buildings and grounds
- Enforce the parking regulations of Montana Tech.
- Allow access to campus buildings according to established regulations.
- Respond to build alarms and open doors as directed by first responders.
- Provide assistance to students faculty staff and visitors to campus.
- Create incident and crime reports as needed.
- Report safety and security concerns to Security Supervisor.
- Work various shifts weekends holidays.
Required Qualifications:
- Be able to pass back ground checks and investigations.
- Valid Montana Drivers license with acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be Certified in First Aid CPR and emergencies procedures training.
- Licensed Security Guard through the Montana Department of Labor & Industry Board of Private Security Patrolmen and Investigators.
- Security Experience
- Montana Department of Labor and Industries Security Guard License.
Must be able to safely lift up to 70 pounds physical ability to walk a minimum of eight miles per shift in all type of weather or uneven terrain; continuously stand and bend through the eight hour shift; normal hearing and corrected to 20/20 vision; able to effectively deal with confrontational situations in stressful situations.
