Senior Project Manager Commercial Projects
Minimum Experience: 57 Years
Education: Masters Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of flagship commercial projects embodying the firms commitment to delivering projects that redefine market standards.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all project stakeholders facilitating strategic negotiations and communications that ensure project alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Implement sophisticated project management methodologies and tools to track project progress manage resources and resolve issues swiftly ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Foster a culture of innovation and resilience by leading project teams through complex challenges ensuring high morale and robust performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project outcomes critically extracting key learnings to drive continuous improvement in future projects thus ensuring the firm remains at the cutting edge of the construction industry.
- Sustainability Practices: Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials into projects aiming for certifications such as LEED where applicable to meet environmental standards and client expectations.
- Advanced Resource Management: Deploy advanced resource management strategies to optimize use of manpower materials and machinery ensuring projects are not only efficient but also costeffective.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
