We are looking for a Senior Workflow Automation Engineer with extensive expertise in Appian to join our innovative team. In this senior role you will lead the design development and implementation of complex automated workflows driving operational efficiency across the organization. You will mentor junior engineers collaborate with crossfunctional teams and play a key role in shaping our automation strategy.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of advanced automated workflows using Appian. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into robust technical specifications. Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance workflow performance. Oversee testing troubleshooting and deployment of automated solutions ensuring highquality deliverables. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning. Stay abreast of Appian features industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in Appian development and workflow automation with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of business process modeling automation principles and enterprise architecture. Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
