Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service and quality while maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain standards of food beverage and quality guest service.
Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses while maximizing profitability related to the food and beverage department.
Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
Develop short and longterm financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that align with the overall objectives of the hotel.
Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
Increase guest satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional products through effective employee development.
Manage operations in compliance with federal state local and industry regulations and standards.
Maintain and implement procedures for credit control and financial management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in relevant software and technology.
