As Fever continues its rapid global expansion into new markets bringing more products and experiences to life the organic growth department is evolving to sustain this growth. By partnering with worldclass Product Engineering Data and Marketing teams we leverage cuttingedge tools and datadriven insights to deliver exceptional performance and measurable impact across major search engines and dynamic digital ecosystems
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
- Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
- Lead a crossfunctional squad of 4 people.
- Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
ABOUT YOU
- 6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
- Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus as is familiarity with marketplaces.
- You have a bachelors in engineering (civil industrial telecommunications or aeronautics) or a background in maths statistics data analytics or strategy.
- Datadriven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines departments and business cases
- Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
- Proactive problemsolver and an opportunitiesseeker
