What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.
