The Business Analysis Senior Advisor role is responsible for leading business value creation and enhancing product health for Pharmacy web and mobile applications. The Business Analysis Senior Advisor understands the enterprise vision business and technology objectives and translates needs into requirements to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved. This role also supports the development testing and release activities for every product increment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review map and analyze business processes and translate them to functional (user stories) and nonfunctional requirements
Leads facilitates and actively participates in the ideation workshops and envisioning phase for various initiatives
Collaborates with the other BAs on the team to expand product vision and define product increments for the development teams to implement
Identify and recommend solutions to meet the operational needs and goals of the business
Work on agile Scrum/Kanban teams in the role of BA to identify document and refine user stories to increase the degree of detail relating to acceptance criteria assumptions constraints dependencies. Identify Business Rules and Data Elements associated with the user stories
Analyze existing technical processes and being able to document it and recommend solutions to meet the operational needs and goals of the business.
Investigate and assist the development team troubleshooting incidents and problems in Pharmacy systems (Member Portal and Android/IOS Apps integration between Kroll and FnO/CE integration with Process Weaver Dialpad and Wholesalers)
Assists with system and related process documentation including workflow processes.
Qualifications:
Over 12 years of relevant experience and postsecondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Over 10 years of elicitation and authoring experience requirements as well as interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders
Hands on expertise in Agile Requirement analysis techniques used in SCRUM methodology
Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) including deployment and maintenance processes
Excellent written & communication skills including the ability to follow standards and methodology
Very strong problem solving with a desire to understand.
Strong customer focus adaptable flexible and willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to prioritize work load and meet multiple project deadlines.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions with assistance from senior staff
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
Experience working with software development teams.
Ability to obtain enhanced reliability security clearance
