Job Description
Exterior Trim Field Supervisor

DaytoDay Role:
- Reports to Construction Manager for Exterior Trim and Siding primarily new construction single family homes.
- Monitor progress for all selfperforming work subcontractor coordination supervision and job site safety
- Blueprint reading layout and planning of the daytoday work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks
- Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors labor and materials
- Daily review of work in place and compliance of work with plans
- Manage overall safety of the job site
- Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards field reports etc.
Skills and Experience
- 3 years of experience in residential sidingsinstallation and/or general construction
- Solid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation and general construction
- Supervisor and subcontractor experience
- Ability to travel from job site to job site
