Job Description
Maintenance Technician AM Shift

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilitys equipment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines equipment and plant facilities
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
- Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Diagnose problems replace or repair parts test and make adjustments
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance related projects are in compliance with all employee safety food safety and regulatory standards
- Detect faulty operations defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Use a variety of hand and power tools electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use and knowledge of all equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedure
Pay Range $16.50 min $20.00 max)/hour
This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
