Our client is a beautiful boutique 5star hotel based in Mayfair. They are looking for a proactive Front Office Manager with strong management experience to elevate the hotels services and take their guest satisfaction to the next level.

You will have extensive experience working in luxury 5star hotels and have experience using Opera.

Shifts:

  • 7:00am 3:30pm 10:00am 6:00pm 2:30pm 11:00pm
  • Normal 40 hours per week flexible to work additional hours as reasonably necessary

Responsibilities as the Front Office Manager

  • Leading a small but mighty team of 8
  • Ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and unforgettable customer service throughout their stay
  • Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotels high standards of excellence
  • Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing highquality training
  • Ensuring compliance with all Front Office policies standards and procedures
  • Reviewing staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met
