Job Description
Maintenance Technician Twin Ridge Apartments (Pikesville MD)
Twin Ridge Apartments in Pikesville MD is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated service team. In this role you will be responsible for completing maintenance work orders performing preventive maintenance and preparing units for new residents. Strong customer service skills are essential and prior experience in residential maintenance is highly preferred.

What Were Looking For:
- Proficiency in plumbing electrical or carpentry
- HVAC certification or relevant knowledge required
- Ability to work at heights of up to 85 feet
- Availability for oncall duties and emergency repairs including snow removal
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule:
- Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
