WHAT YOULL BE DOING
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in the Sacramento CA area overseeing plants in Lockeford Santa Rosa and Orland CA. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations this leadership role ensures the safety profitability customer satisfaction and employee engagement while upholding our companys values and ethical standards. Finally the selected candidate will work with the local leadership team to build and grow the business.
A highlight of your daytoday will include:
- Leading operations ensuring alignment with company vision and goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Driving profitability by overseeing business planning cost control sales strategies and continuous improvement.
- Managing operations balancing demand and capacity ensuring product quality and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Developing and maintaining strong sales relationships cultivate a robust sales pipeline and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensuring a safe organized work environment championing safety initiatives and compliance.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced General Manager who possess the following skills education and experience:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field.
- 710 years of experience including P&L and operations management (precast or continuousflow manufacturing preferred).
- Proven success in developing highperforming teams driving sales and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership skills entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to safety.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $175000$200000 USD and is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Precast reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions including jobrelated knowledge; skillset; experience education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Precast offers various competitive benefits including medical dental vision life insurance disability insurance PTO and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the Jensen Precast ShortTerm and Executive annual incentive program targeted at 50 of base salary. These incentive plans are subject to the rules governing such programs. (Incentive awards if any will depend on a range of factors including without limitation individual and company performance.
