Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Property Manager to oversee a beautiful fourbedroom villa located close to Rapallo Italy. This role requires a proactive individual who knows the area of Rapallo and can commit to working 12 full days per week ensuring that the property is wellmaintained and managed effectively.
Position Type: Part Time Live Out Permanent
Location: Near Rapallo Italy
Working days&hours: 12 full working days
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Regular inspections of the villa to ensure it is in excellent condition.
Overseeing maintenance and repairs as needed coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Ensuring the villa is prepared for principals arrivals including cleaning and stocking essentials.
Maintaining inventory of supplies and managing budgets related to property upkeep.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management is required.
Flexibility and mobility to respond to property needs as they arise.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Italian; knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
Right to work in Italy.
