Program: Norton Court
Position: Program Manager
Location: New Haven
Salary: $annually.
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours 1st shift MondayFriday with weekend flexibility to meet the needs of the program.
Program Summary:
Norton Court provides mental health case management and housing support services to 45 individuals with chronic mental health disorders living throughout Greater New Haven. We provide individual case management and group psychoeducation to improve daily living skills and promote independent living in the community.
Position Summary:
This position is based in New Haven. The Program Manager is responsible for the daytoday operations of Norton Court. The Program Manager provides supervision and guidance to case managers supports effective staff: client interactions guides provision of wraparound services and maintains effective relationships with funders and community partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in psychology Social Work or related field; Masters Degree preferred.
- 23 years related experience
- Valid Connecticut Drivers License
Orientation:
