Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand & Communication Specialist to join our Brand & Communication Area of Brand Experience Center of Expertise

The responsibility of this team is is leading and implementing brand & products communication strategies to continue growing and making the brand memorable and irresistible and our way of working is passionate and honest

Your key responsibilities:

As a Brand & Communication Specialist you will:

Create and implement marketing and communication strategies.

Create develop and execute 360 brand & product campaigns to boost our brand and products focus on digital media.

Collaborate in the development and implementation of the brands content strategy identifying insights and generating value for clients and nonclients.

Create customer centric and personalized communications (commercial operative content comms).

Identify marketing opportunities.

Define KPIs and analyze results to extract learnings.

Work closely with other marketing areas (own media paid media) as well as the rest of bank areas to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way.

Work with external partners (creative agencies content agencies production partners).

Manage campaign budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting.

Be the best brand ambassador.

Be aware of new trends and competitors.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Marketing and communication global vision.

Experience in 360 campaigns and passionate about the new environment: new technologies digital trends social networks

La responsabilidad de este equipo es liderar e implementar estrategias de comunicacin de marca y productos para seguir creciendo y hacer que la marca sea memorable e irresistible y nuestra forma de trabajar es apasionada y honesta

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Especialista en Marca y Comunicacin podrs:

Crear e implementar estrategias de marketing y comunicacin.

Crear desarrollar y ejecutar campaas 360 de marca y producto para impulsar el enfoque de nuestra marca y producto en los medios digitales.

Colaborar en el desarrollo e implementacin de la estrategia de contenidos de la marca identificando insights y generando valor para clientes y no clientes.

Crear comunicaciones centradas en el cliente y personalizadas (comerciales operativas comunicaciones de contenidos).

Identificar oportunidades de marketing.

Definir KPIs y analizar resultados para extraer aprendizajes.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboracin con otras reas de marketing (medios propios medios de pago... as como con el resto de reas del banco para garantizar que todas las actividades se implementen a tiempo y de forma coherente.

Trabajar con socios externos (agencias creativas agencias de contenidos socios de produccin....

Administre el presupuesto de la campaa y asuma la responsabilidad del seguimiento y la presentacin de informes.

Convirtete en el mejor embajador de la marca.

Est atento a las nuevas tendencias y competidores.
