What Youll Be Responsible For
As a key partner to the Chief AI Officer (CAO) you will champion AIdriven transformation across Circle. You will drive awareness education and adoption of AI tools ensuring alignment with the CAOs strategic vision. Through crossfunctional collaboration you will help integrate AI into existing workflows champion cultural change and remove barriers to adoption.
What Youll Work On
- Assist the CAO in implementing the AI strategy translating vision into actionable initiatives.
- Advocate for AI adoption by coordinating workshops seminars and executive briefings.
- Develop and share success stories that highlight impactful AI use cases.
- Partner with the Talent team to embed AI literacy into training and development programs.
- Collaborate with IT data science and business units to align AI opportunities with corporate objectives.
- Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams to ensure AI concepts are clearly communicated.
- Support leadership with materials and presentations that drive AIrelated decisionmaking.
What Youll Bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Data Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience driving AI adoption and transformation in a corporate environment.
- Strong change management and organizational transformation experience.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build crossfunctional relationships and lead projects.
Preferred Requirements
- Advanced certifications or coursework in AI/ML.
- Experience working in fintech payments or blockchain industries.
- Knowledge of emerging AI trends and their business implications.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack Apple MacOS and GSuite.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT Gemini etc. and crafting effective prompts

Starting pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to: relevant experience skill set qualifications and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Range: $145000 $192500
