Job Purpose Water conservation is one of the biggest concerns in Colorado and Resource Centrals Slow the Flow program partners with over 30 Colorado municipalities and water providers to empower residents to save water through efficient irrigation practices. The Lead Water Conservation Technician will play an essential role in the Slow the Flow program by completing sprinkler system checkups installing smart irrigation controllers and rain sensors and supporting other staff. This is a fieldbased conservation role that involves driving from home to appointments daily and providing outstanding customer service. Fieldwork is along the Colorado Front Range primarily in and around the greater Denver area. The position starts May 12 2025 and is expected to last into September 2025. Compensation includes $21.00/hr mileage reimbursement cell phone stipend paid training and paid sick leave.
