Growing regional CPA firm is looking to add a Tax Principal/Partner to their staff.
- Personality matters as they want them to be kind to staff no large egos strong management and mentoring skills
- Looking for someone with technical and business development skills that can build a book of business if theyre not bringing one with them
- Must be collaborative and work well with others
- Top 20 CPA firm experience with multiple offices
- Accomplishments: CPA is a must Master in Tax is good to have (not a must) MBA is a good to have (not a must) published professional is good and a national speaker is another good to have. The goodtohaves show their commitment to the industry.
- Experience with the following industries: construction real estate technology healthcare and dealership highly desirable
- 10 years of Public Accounting experience & must have local network
- No out of state candidates
