JUNIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Ebbsfleet DA10
Salary: OTE 25k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful local independent Estate Agency based in Ebbsfleet are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual who is looking to become a Sales Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales have excellent customer service skills may previously have had telephone sales experience and thrive in a targeted environment; you will be ambitious selfmotivated and work well in a team.
Previous experience in residential sales lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

Skills: The skills required for this Junior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
- Sales experience beneficial
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner

- Wellspoken and articulate
- Driving license essential
