What is the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is at thefront lines of our growth initiative. Youll help AccountExecutives cultivate leads and sell NextRow services. As you ramp up in the SDRrole youll begin to nurture leads of your own through research creatingoutreach strategies and identifying sales opportunities.
Must Haves:
Excellent communication skills (verbalwritten)
Social media savvy (LinkedIn Twitter to be specific)
High speed thinking connect problems with solutionofferings and bring clients to meetings

Your first month:
LearnNextRow services and messaging
Learnthe tools necessary to be successful: Dynamics CRM Marketo Zoominfoprospecting scripts objection handling service info etc.
Buildrelationships with your Account Executive Solution Engineering and CustomerSuccess Manager counterparts
Leverageany opportunity you can to learn the market and the business
Consistentlymeet goals for initial presentation setup
Beyond First month:
Continueto build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge
Knowwhat it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so
Beginto expand your knowledge of Inside Sales duties and responsibilities
Workwith mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion

Capabilityof understanding customer pain points requirements and correlating potentialbusiness value that can be provided by NextRow
Exceptionalcommunication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listeningskills and a positive and energetic phone presence
