WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Support a culture of excellence serving customer and team member experiences.

  • Selling parts and accessories to support vehicle maintenance repair wholesale and DIY customers

  • Procuring inventory recording receipt sale stocking shipping posting to specific standards

  • Execute problem resolution skills to realize excellence in all facets of the business.

  • Report progress challenges options and solutions to assure outstanding results.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Parts Salesperson is responsible to fill parts and accessory requests promptly to support vehicle maintenance repair and sales demands delivering operational excellence and departmental budget objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.

  • Execute consistent processes to assure positive customer and associate experiences.

  • Execute inventory protocols for demand lost sales and fill rates within industry benchmarks.

  • Receipt and stock inventory

  • Reconcile inventory receipts and invoices.

  • Record track receive and report special order and back ordered items.

  • Directly interact with customers technicians and salespeople.

  • Maintain accurate paperwork posting invoicing shipping/receiving core administration and P.Os.

  • Maintain a safe clutterfree organized and clean workstation (daily).

  • Report progress challenges options and solutions to assure outstanding results.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful experience in the following capacities:

    • Retail Parts Sales

    • Retail and/or Wholesale sales.

  • Efficient use of software and technology

  • Prior recognitionof achievement and performance.

COMPETENCIES PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES:

  • Intellectual curiosity emotional maturity innovative and competitive passion for results.

  • Problem resolution skills and thoughtful decision making toward customer service.

  • Respectful communication process management and attention to detail.

  • Teamwork.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Extensive walking climbing of stairs dataentry occasional lifting <50 pounds)

  • Fast pace multitasking

  • Extensive personal interactions with customers technicians salespeople and associates.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

  • Hours may vary daily to meet business demands.

  • Typical schedules run 8 to 10 hours five or six days a week.
