Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing parts in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and return procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations affecting parts operations
- Accurately price parts and accessories using appropriate pricing tools
- Maintain inventory control and assist with stock management
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability
Qualifications:
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus!
- Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with parts catalogs inventory systems and point-of-sale software
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
- Must be dependable detail-oriented and a team player
Commission pay is commensurate with experience.
