Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing parts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies and return procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations affecting parts operations
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using appropriate pricing tools
  • Maintain inventory control and assist with stock management
  • Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
  • Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability

Qualifications:

  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a huge plus!
  • Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with parts catalogs inventory systems and point-of-sale software
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
  • Must be dependable detail-oriented and a team player

Commission pay is commensurate with experience.
