Who We Are
The BDC (Business Development Center) is an integral and everdeveloping piece of the Findlay Honda community. This department is the heart of the dealership. We are the first stop for any guestinquiring with Findlay Honda and we have a direct impact on their first impression as well as every aspect of their initial experiences. We control the flow of sales service and general guest services and we keep our clients happy engaged and informed at all times.
The Team

Although the day to day may seem routine to some looking at the big picture and utilizing our individual skills and abilities to constantly improve is at our core. The Job
As an agent of the BDC you will be responsible for an array of tasks ranging from appointment setting and upselling service to conflict resolution and troubleshooting. You will complete a daily blend of outgoing phone calls emails and text messages matched with incoming inquires that you will organize and track from opening to closing. Your income will be set but there will be unlimited earning potential rewarded for high productivity. Your key focus is to drive business to Findlay Honda in a clear and inviting manner. You will not sell the experience; you will invite the guest to be a part of it!
