Job Description
How you will make an impact as a PCB Rework Specialist:
- Electronic assembly and rework in an R&D environment
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment such as soldering stations microscopes and multimeters to perform precise rework tasks
- Skillfully rework and repair PCBs including component replacement solder touchups and boardlevel modifications
- Carefully inspect PCBs for defects such as damaged components solder issues and trace discontinuities.
- Assembly of cable assemblies
- Maintain a clean rework area and perform setup/maintenance
- Must have excellent PCB soldering/rework skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of basic electronic components
- Familiar with CAD tools (Pads Altium Solidworks) a plus
- Able to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and identify a part on PCB from a markedup Schematic
- High school diploma
- Certified solder technician
- IPC Certification
- Experience with Microsoft Office
