Groundskeeper
Location: Bradenton FL 34211
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Keeper to maintain the outdoor areas of our property in Bradenton FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping duties to ensure the grounds are wellkept and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns and trim edges
- Plant and maintain flowers shrubs and trees
- Water plants and grass as needed
- Remove weeds and unwanted plants
- Sweep and clean walkways and parking lots
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping
- Knowledge of plants trees and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and attractive outdoor space
