Job Description
Join Manchester University and help shape the campus experience from the ground up. Were looking for a hands-on leader to manage grounds maintenance at both our North Manchester campus and Koinonia Environmental & Retreat Center.
What Youll Do:
Supervise grounds staff and student workers
Maintain turf trees shrubs flower beds and athletic fields
Coordinate with contractors and support seasonal tasks like snow removal
Manage irrigation systems and synthetic turf upkeep
What You Bring:
3 years in groundskeeping (1 year in leadership preferred)
Strong equipment and turf maintenance knowledge
Communication and team leadership skills
Valid drivers license
