Were seeking a detailoriented Governance Analyst for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to join our dynamic Operational Services team. Youll play a crucial part in supporting a variety of change and governance activities by regularly collating data producing insightful reports and analysing standards and regulatory requirements. At AXA we work smart empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them their team and our customers. Youll work at least 40 of your week away from home moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations visiting clients or attending industry events. What youll be doing:
- Support the production of insights and performance data to ensure quality of reporting is maintained to a high standard.
- Develop and document standards across all Customer Communication processes including regulatory requirements and accessibility standards.
- Support the identification analysis and control of risk across all Operational Services processes suppliers and services.
- Be responsible for conducting impact assessments and audits maintaining records to monitor controls and escalation of any issues.

What youll bring:
- Proven expertise in analysis and process mapping.
- Strong awareness of risk and control frameworks.
- Ability to produce highquality presentations and reports.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Skilled in presentation and training delivery.
